The Tampa Bay Nowcast-Forecast System

A numerical ocean model is adapted to the bathymetry and morphology of Tampa Bay. Additional details on the model are here.

The model is divided into a nowcast and forecast modes. The nowcast provides estimates of the circulation in Tampa Bay at the current time and previous 24 hours. The forecast provides a similar estimate for the future 24 hours.
